ACC propose to introduce charges for Scans X-rays etc;

Hang on there aren't they supposed to be compensating for loss injury and impairment? I think they have lost the plot somewhere!

Ok maybe I'm a rocket scientist or something. You have an injury and end up on ACC you loose 20% of your weekly income which as in my previous post works out in reality to be actual 35% taking into account the thing ACC already doesn't cover now they want to rub the salt in.
By making you pay for diagnostic tests. that under the ACC Act they are mean't to be providing.

If they got on and did the job they are intending to do without trying to find ways to avoid their obligations with that costly legal department they own. Maybe they could also aford to cover these costs
