Should the Government have held a referendum on ACC!!

Recently NZ govt held a referendum on Smacking i.e. should it be "illegal"

Maybe they should do the same with ACC should it stay or should it go maybe should New Zealander's have the right to choose cover by ACC for their injury or impairment or to Sue.

The difference being cover by ACC leads to Governmentally endorsed mental abuse and torment of organizational bullying Vs closure you are either awarded damages or your not may take alittle longer but the only hassle is dealing with your lawyer you can also appeal the decision and go to a higher level of Justice. The up side is these cases are often settled out of court
